DEFINITIONS
The "Company" or "we/us" hereinafter defines Itinera EU, a Greek Company with registered office at 46100 Perdika Thesprotia (Greece) and VAT number EL801718486. "Ionian Green" is a registered trademark of the "Company". The Ionian Green holiday property is located in Perdika, Epirus, Greece and is hereinafter referred to as the "Property". "Customer" or "you" means the person whose name appears on the booking form making a request to book a short-term holiday stay at the Property. Subletting is not allowed. The mere fact of submitting a booking form (request for a short-term rental agreement) will be deemed as acceptance by the Customer of the following terms.
BOOKING TERMS AND PAYMENT
The availability and confirm the price will be confirmed to the Customer as soon as the Company check booking request in connection with the rental program and pricing of the property. Require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount immediately after the confirmation of the reservation request for the confirmation of the booking. The booking confirmation shall enter into force only after the receipt of deposit. The payment of the balance of the 70% of the total amount of the reservation plus any agreed additional charges must be at least 8 weeks (56 days) before your arrival. If the balance is not received by the Company until the expiration date, the Company shall be entitled to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit. For bookings made within 8 weeks (56 days) from the date of arrival, the Customer will have to pay the full cost at the time of booking. The Company accepts payments by bank transfer and by June 2023, with all the major credit cards. All the mentioned additional charges for optional services must be prepaid at the time of booking of the designated additional services or for at least 8 weeks (56 days) prior to your arrival, whichever happens first. Failure to make payments until their respective expiration dates or non-compliance with any other provision in all the Documents of the Reservation may result in the immediate termination of the agreement by the Company and cancellation of the booking. In this case, access to the Property will be rejected and will apply the cancellation policy.
STATEMENT OF WARRANTY
The Customer accepts responsibility for any loss, damage, or breakage of the property caused by you or any member of his party or guests of the property. Therefore, a guarantee of eur 2.000 EUR shall be paid to the Company 14 days (2 weeks) before arrival by bank transfer (or, alternatively, the sum authorized on the Customer's credit card). We will give you written instructions when you arrive on the use and care of the equipment of the property. Please comply with these important instructions, because in case of damage due to the negligence of you or your guests don't follow these instructions, the Company has the statutory right to claim compensation from you. In the warranty, less any expenses incurred, will be returned to the Customer (or the pre-authorization will be released) to ten (10) days after departure, provided (in the case of bank transfer) that receive the information about the details of a bank account, including a bank account number IBAN and BIC, the name of the account holder and the name of a bank.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that the Client wishes to cancel the booking after the confirmation, you must immediately notify the Company in writing via email at [email protected]. This cancellation notice, which was made by the signer of the original request booking, will apply only after it has received in writing by the Company. It is agreed that if the Client wishes to cancel all or part of the booking or if the reservation is cancelled by the Company due to non-payment, then the Company will be entitled to the following compensation: a Deposit of 30% of the total booking amount: non-refundable. Remaining 70% of the total booking amount, and any additional: refundable if the cancellation is received at least 8 weeks (56 days) before the date of arrival. otherwise, it is non-refundable. The guarantee will be refunded fully. In case of non-show or early departure, the total amount paid will be forfeited and no refund will be made. The Customer may request to modify the dates for the booking subject to availability. However, any modification made within 8 weeks from the date of arrival can be treated by the Company, in its sole discretion, as a cancellation and apply the above cancellation policy. The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking without compensation in the event of unforeseen circumstances, and in cases of "force majeure" such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or other events outside the control of the. In such cases, you will be provided a full refund to the Customer.
DURATION OF RESIDENCE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Unless otherwise agreed between the Company and the Customer in writing, require a minimum stay of 7 (seven) nights. It is possible the long-term stay (21+ days). Check-in is from 04:00.m. until 00:00.m. The departure time is between 05:00 am.m. until 10:00.m. The changes in the hours of check-in and check-out are subject to availability and require our confirmation in advance (additional charges may apply).
CLEANING SERVICES AND SERVICES OF SERVICE
The properties are delivered in clean and neat condition. Daily maid service is provided, including changing towel bath/pool and bed linen change, depending on the needs and available upon request. If the Client need some extra maid service, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do everything we can to meet the request. The swimming pool and private gym will be kept clean and functional, by the staff of the Property. The Customer should also help to keep the pool clean and clear of trash and other waste materials. Before entering the pool, it is mandatory to take a shower. The Client has the obligation to leave the Property in a tidy condition at the end of the rental period.
EVENTS AND BEHAVIOUR IN THE PROPERTY
All bookings are intended only for the sake of a holiday. Any other social events are strictly prohibited unless organised with the prior agreement of the Company, with the agreement to be taken exclusively in writing. It is strictly prohibited to organizing parties or events at the property or in the surrounding areas, as well as the hospitality of visitors, apart from those that are confirmed in the registration form, reservation and check-in. In the event of a breach of this condition, the Company has the right to terminate the lease and require the Client to vacate the Property. However, all amounts paid will be forfeited as a penalty. Further compensation may be requested, in the case of a legal power, at the discretion of the Company. During your stay in the Property, you and your guests are expected to comply with the local legislation and to respect the hours of silence, which during the summer period (from 1 April to 30 September) is from 3:00 pm.m. by 5:30.m. and from 11. :00.m. to 7:00.m. During the winter period (from 1 October to 31 March), the hours of peace is from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 7:30 am.m. For any non-compliance with the european legislation, you or/and your guests will be solely responsible.
POLICIES FOR CHILDREN, MINIMUM AGE, SMOKING & PETS
The Company welcomes children of all ages in the Property, but please note that we do not provide extra beds or cots, with the exception of up to two infant beds. The minimum age for renting our villa is 18 years. Smoking is not allowed at the property. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
INSURANCE
We advise you strongly to have a medical program that will cover any medical expenses in Greece. If you or any member of your family have some serious chronic disease, including severe allergies (including those associated with the sting or bite), you must notify us in writing in advance. In all cases, should be covered by insurance for any accidents to you or your men, and for any other risks holiday. The Company is not and cannot be held responsible for accidents due to the property in accordance with the following article.
SECURITY POLICY AND DISCLAIMER
In our accommodation, we give priority to the safety and wellbeing of our visitors. We want you to enjoy your stay without incidents, but we need to inform you about potential hazards associated with the nature of, and risks to safety. Carefully read the following policies. The property is located in a natural environment and take measures to minimize the presence of hazards associated with nature, such as wasps, bees, and snakes. However, please note that it may still pose a risk, especially if you go out of the designated trails or paths. To minimize the risk of pinch or bite, we recommend that you take the following precautions:
Stay on defined paths and trails. Do not disturb and do not approach wildlife or nests. Don't leave food or drinks openly and without supervision, as it may attract insects. Guests who have an allergic reaction to wasp stings should carry with them the right meds that the doctor has prescribed them. In the event of a pinch or bite you, immediately contact the emergency number us. The property has features such as pools, balconies, stairs and access to the sea, which may pose risks that are associated with a fall, injury or drowning. We take every precaution to ensure your safety, but keep in mind the following instructions: do Not cross areas that have been identified (potentially) dangerous. Do not lean over balconies, and don't climb in bars. Children should be supervised at all times, especially around swimming pools or bodies of water. DO NOT LEAVE WHEN THE KIDS ΑΦΗΛΩΤΑ AROUND THE PROPERTY OR IN THE POOL. Children under 16 years old are not allowed to use the gym without being accompanied by an adult. Be careful when using the stairs or walking on slippery surfaces. Do not swim alone or outside of designated swimming areas. In the event of a storm, don't stay in the water (pool or sea). If you see potential hazards, report them immediately to the emergency number us. By following these policies, we hope to ensure that your stay with us will be pleasant and safe. In any case, the Customer assumes full responsibility for the safety of all members of your party in and around the Property, including the pool, the beach and the sea. The Company cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury that may occur in the villa, the surrounding areas of under any circumstances, during the stay of the Client in the Property. In the event of an accident, injury or death, by signing this agreement or/and by submitting a request rental (booking form), you waive any claims against the Company.
PRECIOUS THINGS
The valuables remaining in the property is at your own risk. The Company is not responsible for the loss, improper installation, or robbery at any time. The property is equipped with a safe deposit box, and you are solely responsible for the use and activation of the security system. You need to take care to have all the doors and windows closed and locked when leaving the property. In the event of theft or damage is caused by the negligence of you or of your guests, the Company has the statutory right to claim compensation from you.
NON-LIABILITY
The description of the property that is displayed on our website is accurate and made in good faith. However, we cannot be held responsible for power outages, voltage fluctuations, damage and the lack of services that may occur due to forces beyond our control, such as weather conditions or other acts of nature. The property has all necessary means of protection from natural phenomena such as floods, fires and storms. Therefore, we will not be liable for any damage or destruction of your personal items or your guests caused by this natural phenomenon. All our staff are available anytime to assist you and resolve any problem during your stay.
PRIVACY
The Company, in its capacity as the controller of the data contained in this website, inform the Customer that the processing of personal data provided (in writing, electronic or telecommunication) is only to provide the requested service. All personal information submitted with the electronic registration form, including, but not limited to, full name, e-mail address of the Customer and any other necessary information, such as credit card number, is used only for billing purposes, to fulfill requests for Customer and contact us on the order if the Company encountered a problem during processing of the Client's order. All information will remain confidential and will not be used anywhere else nor will it be disclosed to third parties. Site users are not required to provide personal data. However, in this case, this may prevent the provision of the requested services. The data of the users sent electronically on the website is kept confidential and not disclosed or disclosed to a third party but may be disclosed to employees who are employed by the data controller of the website, and to those who have entrusted the provision of services, as well as to employees and managers, to whom the auditor has given an updated list with the data of the website.
